Complaint reporting system
SK on Hungary Kft. and SK Battery Manufacturing Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the Companies) operate a complaint reporting system in order to ensure its lawful operation.
The operation of the system complies with the requirements of both Acts XXV.* of 2023 and CVIII.** of 2023.
* on complaints, public interest reports and rules related to reporting abuse
** on the rules of corporate social responsibility, taking into account environmentally conscious, social and social aspects serving to encourage sustainable financing and uniform corporate responsibility, and on amendments to other related laws
The reporting system is suitable for both:
– reporting information on illegal or suspected illegal acts or omissions, or other abuse, and
– filing complaints regarding violations of obligations related to social responsibility or environmental protection.
The following persons may report through the Abuse Reporting System:
(i) those employed by the Company,
(ii) an employee whose employment relationship with the Company has been terminated, and
(iii) a person wishing to establish an employment relationship with the Company and in whose case the procedure for establishing such a relationship has been initiated,
(iv) a sole proprietorship or sole proprietorship in a contractual relationship with the Company,
(v) a person with an ownership interest in the Company, and a person belonging to the management, executive or supervisory body of the Company, including a non-executive member,
(vi) a person under the supervision and direction of a contractor, subcontractor, supplier or agent who has initiated the procedure for establishing a contractual relationship with the Company, who is or was in a contractual relationship with the Company,
(vii) an intern and volunteer performing activities at the Company,
(viii) a person with an employer a person wishing to establish a legal relationship or contractual relationship as referred to in points (iv), (v) or (vii), in whose case the procedure for establishing such a legal relationship or contractual relationship has been initiated, and
(ix) a person whose legal relationship or contractual relationship with the Company as referred to in points (iv), (v) or (vii) has been terminated
(the above hereinafter referred to as the “Reporter”).
A complaint can be submitted through the following channels:
